The Greatest Thing Ever

We all have that thing. That thing that we love a whole lot. Maybe it’s watching a movie with an attractive guy or girl. Maybe it’s going outside and doing something. Maybe it’s food. Mine is definitely food. And that food? Cereal. Cereal is without a doubt the best thing one can consume. There are so many choices, so many flavors, so much joy. How could you not love it? I personally love a lot of the flavors and don’t particularly have a favorite. But while narrowing it down, Honey Bunches of Oats, Honey Nut Cheerios, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch would have to be my favorites.

“Your breakfast cereal should have enough calories, carbs, protein and fat to boost your metabolism and give you energy. Honey Bunches of Oats is a healthy choice by these standards because one serving has 120 calories, 2 grams of protein and 1.5 grams of fat.” (LiveStrong.com). This cereal is also a cereal with so many different flavors and ingredients that taste so good when put into your mouth. Parents/teachers/doctors/anyone who cares, always say that we need to start our day off with a good meal. This cereal is a great example of that. Listen to your elders, kids. They know what they are talking about.

OK. So Cheerios are pretty good themselves, but Honey Nut Cheerios? That’s where it’s at. Especially the milk that’s left over…that’s pretty dang good. GreenAmerica.com says, “Currently on the Cheerios website, General Mills claims their Cheerios varieties are a part of a healthy diet because they are low in saturated fat, naturally cholesterol free, can help lower cholesterol, are made with whole grains like oats, and provide essential vitamins and minerals.” Besides all this healthy stuff, the flavor is SPECTACULAR. A lot of people drink the milk after they finish their cereal, but the best after-cereal-milk is hands down Honey Nut Cheerios. Not everyone likes to eat “healthy cereal”, but you should definitely try this one, because…dang it’s good.

Alright, so far in this article, I have informed you about how great Honey Bunches of Oats and Honey Nut Cheerios are both good for you, and taste really good. So both of those cereals are good choices for healthy cereal, but this one isn’t quite as healthy, but the flavor makes up for it. Cinnamon Toast Crunch just makes you happy looking at the box, because of the happy little guys on the front. Once you open the box, the flavors just surround you, but you haven’t even tasted it yet. Once you poor the bowl and milk, and you take that very first bite, you die and go to heaven. Did you know that they’ve been making this cereal since 1984? That means it’s fantastic. Go eat it…it’s yummy.

After reading this article, you can obviously tell that I am quite the expert on cereal. Listen to me…eating cereal will change your life, no matter which kind you eat. Take time to make YOURself  happy. We need more self-love in this world. You can achieve that by eating yummy cereal.
