Wyatt Howery

The top ten hardest sports in the world, can be controversial but here is my list of the hardest sports in the world to date.

  1. Golf

Golf is hard because it takes much focus and hand eye coordination. it’s all about precision. It can take years to get your swing down properly until it’s muscle memory. Hitting the ball with an iron requires a completely new swing.

9. Soccer

Soccer can be hard from all the running and team play across the field. Also try juking with your body while dribbling with the ball on your foot running full speed with no pads.

8. Running Marathons

This is hard just based on the fact how long it takes and how much muscle and endurance you have to use. With health issues you can not physically complete some of these extremely long runs.

7. Rugby

Rugby is totally another hard hitting sport which requires a battalion of real men warriors, hard built, the masculine of the masculine of hardcore bone busting strength is required to be only fit for the game, compatibility is where Rugby is more demanding for the game.     6. Tennis

Tenis can be hard just on the fact of endurance and hand eye coordination. But as well as those two you have to be smart you can’t just hit it as hard as you can and you have to know where to hit the ball too.

  1. Gymnastics

Run freely like a ninja character and perform a somersault flip in the air over a raised bar and still land on your feet without touching the raised bar at all If you’re like me the answer would probably be no.

This sport is hard because you are not only  doing a hard sport but you are doing it with maybe no legs, no arms, one hand or some type of hardship

2. MMA Cage Fighting, Freestyle Wrestling or Boxing

MMA cage fighting  is regulated and under strict rules and conditions with penalties if it isn’t done properly in the ring by participants and opponents. Fighters are allowed to do virtually any move to get an opponent down as long as those set of moves are within the respective boundaries of the rule sets that regulate the sport while in commencement.

1. Formula 1 Car Racing
