Exercising brings many benefits to your life.  Many people feel that exercise is too much work with nothing to show. I am here to tell you that the benefits make exercise worth it.   For teenagerimagess Acne is like paying taxes for adults; the worst thing in the world. The number one solution to fixing acne is exercise. Exercise promotes circulation and sends nutrition to your skin, which cause fewer breakouts. Exercising also provides oxygen to the skin, to keep skin clear.
                Another reason for exercising is that it gives you more energy throughout the day.  To enjoy your day, you don’t want to be sick and luckily exercising improves your immune system. Everyone wants confidence, and exercising does just that.  Studies have proven that when you exercise you feel better about yourself. If you look good on the outside you feel good on the inside!

One last reason for exercising is you get toned muscles, and have more freedom with the food you eat. Toning muscles make you look good!   Most people exercise to be healthier, which is a great idea because when you exercise you are burning calories from the food you eat, then you can eat more to make up for what you lost. All in all exercise has many pros and minimal cons. Exercise leads to a healthier lifestyle!
