Have you heard about magnetically? The scientist at Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University made a coating that traps and destroys 99 percent of the bacteria and fungi that it encounters. It has killed super bugs like Staphylococcus aureus. It is now being used on contact lenses, and house hold appliances. It can be used for bacterial infections inside the body. It works as a magnet because it is a positive charge and bacteria are a negative charge. The coting can be put on biomedical objects, such as catheters and implants to prevent bacterial infections. It doesn’t hurt humans because it goes for bacterial cell walls.
