A lot of students feel like they’re being compared to other students because of the things they wear when they’re at school. Some students’ families can afford nice clothes and some can’t, that why I think school uniforms are a great idea.
Uniforms will be able to help students pay more attention in class and help families save money. The students’ will also be able to work with one another without feeling uncomfortable because they won’t be comparing themselves to each other. Meredith G. from Blackstone, Massachusetts agrees that school uniforms are “very positive”. It would also make it easier on the staff because they will be able to identify which students attend the school and which students don’t. The students will also not have to worry about what they are going to wear to school the next day because they will have a certain outfit that is already suitable for school and won’t have to worry about it following the dress code. Another plus to having school uniforms is that the clothing being used can be reused and will help families who can’t afford to buy new clothing every year.
Overall, school uniforms will eliminate a lot of problems and will make students’ and their families lives easier. They’re a great idea and will make the school a more hardworking place.
