Could you ever imagine such a horrible thing happening in 24 hours in multiple places? Well on Friday November 13th 2015 there was an attack in Paris, 3 suicide bombings in Beirut, and earthquake in japan and an earthquake in Mexico.
That night in Paris over 128 people were killed and in Beirut a range from 37-43 people died from the bombings and both of these places left a lot wounded after. This doesn’t even include the 2 earthquakes that people were killed in. Also while ISIS was busy attacking Paris they sent recruits from ISIS to Beirut to do the 3 bombings there. The Paris attack and the Beirut bombings, there were from ISIS an Islamic state organization. And now ever since they bombed Paris they are trying to bomb a lot of places now. But after this happened France went and bombed Syria and killed some of ISIS. Now everyone is terrified because after they bombed France and now they are now saying that they are going to strike again and this time it can be anywhere, they are mostly saying that it will be America.
What is ISIS, ISIS is an Islamic state that is in Syria and Iraq. ISIS have terrified many people and many leaders around the world. The group began in 2004 but they weren’t very big group then. The leader in 2004 was Al Qaeda. He was the leader up until 2014 then he disowned the group. Now we think the leader of the group is Abu Bakr al- Baghdadi. ISIS has many different groups around the world there are even some here in America but the main place where they are is Syria and Iraq. That’s where there main location is. ISIS has killed very many people around the world in many different places and that’s why they are not scared to come up against America. They think they can destroy us.
So now you know just in 24 hours can make such a big difference. Also now you know what ISIS is and who runs it and now you know that ISIS has killed a lot of people. And after the Paris attack they have let many in fear. And a lot of people have to live with this incident for the rest of their lives and some of them will live in fear for the rest of their lives.
