Adobe Photoshop Sucks
Why does Adobe Photoshop suck? Whether you like it or not we’ve all probably heard of Adobe Photoshop. We know Photoshop is known for creating some of the most beautiful images and some that were designed for humor. But today I’m going to tell you why Adobe Photoshop sucks.
Adobe Photoshop is an image editing software. It’s mainly used for photo retouching. The thing is photoshop brings unrealistic standards into society. It sets beauty standards that cause people to strive “TOO” hard to exact perfection in their lives that would often lead to low self-esteem and in some cases severe anxiety. Anorexia is also another issue. We even have a campaign by the N.E.D.I.C. of Canada to urge the fashion industry to stop using only skinny people. Yes, It has its benefits like inducing creativity and allowing people to try stuff new. But honestly if you’re not committed to it you’d end up spending about thirty dollars that’s purchase and monthly fee. So about twenty-one dollars a month.
Considering the fact that using social media is drilled into “MANY” teenagers’ heads I think the biggest issue is the unrealistic standards that are severely straining their lives and cause such low self esteem and anorexia. We’ve even got a non-profit organization working to stop these issues. To put it in perspective for you, people are experiencing serious issues and if something doesn’t happen to define these photos as real, this issue might spread too out of hand.
