Interview with Ms. Miller.

IMG_1323 For this week’s blog post, I chose to do an interview with Ms. Miller, a student teacher for Mrs. Schafer’s science class. Ms. Miller’s hometown is Council Bluffs, Iowa. She has also lived in Florida and Nebraska. Now she is currently living in Colorado. Her full name is Chelsea Miller. She wants to have kids, later down the road.

Ms. Miller attended Mesa State College and Colorado State University. She went to the Fruita Monument High School. Her favorite subject was science and her least favorite was math. Ms. Miller has always wanted to be a teacher since she was little. Now she is teaching at Fruita 8/9, following through with her dreams. Her response to why she wanted to become a teacher was “Because I love helping people learn.” Her exact words. Ms. Miller has been teaching for only one semester so far. But many more to come.

I have Ms. Miller as a teacher currently for Geo-Physical science. She is doing wonderful as a student teacher. I have enjoyed all the hands on projects we have done and labs as well.  I feel very successful in her class and I have also learned a ton. Having a bunch of friends in the class helps a lot too, and makes it much more fun.
