Mrs. Snyder was been a math teacher here at Fruita 8/9 for eleven years. Ever since she was little growing up in Miami, Florida she knew she wanted to be a teacher. After graduating high school Mrs. Snyder attended the University of New Mexico and Sulross State University. While in college she was employed to the last remaining company to make handmade futons. Recently she graduated from Colorado Mesa University with her master’s degree.
When she is not teaching she likes to travel all over the world. Her favorite place to travel to is Asia. Mrs. Snyder also enjoys hiking, skiing and yoga outside of school. Mrs. Snyder is also a full time wife and mother. Her son, Elliot, is three years old. I appreciate Mrs. Snyder very much because she is a very devoted teacher determined to ensure that her students learn.
