There are many opinions on whether or not to homeschool your kid or to send them to public school. For most parents public school is the right choice because although there are bullies they will at least have a social life. Many studies show that keeping your child in a safe, comfortable environment helps them to be calm and succeed more in life. When a child is home he or she does not have to deal with peer pressure or bullies.
Many people believe that the public school classroom is not as calm as at home but the world isn’t as calm and peaceful as we would like it to be and public schools prepare us for that. Studies show that homeschooled children can’t adjust to the real world as well as children that go to public school. Studies also show that interactions with other students make them more dynamic and able to talk to other people.
Each environment holds advantages and disadvantages but I believe that public schools are better for children and prepare them for the real world.
