There is two different players that are the best in the world Messi and Ronaldo some people think that Messi is the best but some think that Ronaldo is.
I’m on the Lionel Messi side thinking that he is the best soccer player in the world, Messi has the record for most goals in the champion’s league and is currently beating Ronaldo by most goals scored in a calendar year, currently a new Guinness world record at 91.
Ronaldo has 15 goals in the whole calendar year, Ronaldo and Messi are both known for their speed and skills, and their shooting.
There is a trophy that represents your skills and your work effort and is one of the most important trophies you could get as a soccer player in the world, it’s called the Gold boot it also represents as player of the year award. Messi has won it three times in a year in a row,
Ronaldo has won the gold boot only once his whole pro career two less than Leo Messi.
The world’s biggest tournament is coming up and it is the world cup Messi and Ronaldo take part in it almost every 4 years when the world cup is going on. Messi plays for Argentina coached by an ex player really old Diego Maradona. Ronaldo plays for Portugal coached by Paulo Bento who also played for Portugal.
Ronaldo beats Messi at most scored goals in Fifa world cup at nine goals and Messi is at four goals. Messi has a record of most hat tricks which is three goals by the same player in one game and has nine-teen hat tricks in his career.
