When talking to Mr. Perez about his experience in school. He said that the most important thing was education. Even in his years before high school Mr. Perez was very dedicated to his education. He said during his education career he was an A+ student, even and A- was not good enough. Mr. Perez gives a great reminder of hard work, and the rewards that come with it.
In high school Mr. Perez said that he was defiantly a nerd. He also said he fit into many social crowds. However he still would consider himself as a nerd. He Attended Universidad Autonoma de Sinoloa. However during his high school career he went to the United Sates, and attended Gateway. Gateway was the high school for a very small town.
Mr. Perez talked about how the small town was nice. Because he knew little English it was easier to only have 45 students in the entire school. Mr. Perez also gave advice for any kid that might be going through the same thing he is. “Keep at it, because in the end you will be smarter for knowing two languages.” – Perez. So to sum up Mr. Perez, stay in school and work your hardest to get good grades.
