The Vampire Diaries

The vampire diaries is a show that has 7 season in total. It’s about a girl named Elena Gilbert she lives in Mystic Falls with her family. In a world of supernatural creatures, like werewolves, hybrids, witches, doppelgangers and vampires. She has a younger brother whom name is Jeremy Gilbert. After Elena’s parents died in a tragic car accident, she survives. Their aunt Jenna takes them in, from then on she their guardian. When Elena attends School in August she meets a mysterious boy named Stefan Salvatore. He’s new in town, but he has a secret, no one knows it. He has a brother named Damon Salvatore, they’ve been around for centuries. But only they know. During the seasons she learns a lot. Also discovers secrets.

During season 1 Elena gilbert learns a lot. She has to start a new life without her parents. She meets Stefan. During the first season she and her boyfriend Matt Donovan break up. Elena met Stefan when they bumped in to each other on accident. Then later that day Elena went down to the cemetery to write in her diary. That’s when the other brother Damon comes in which is also a vampire. Damon has a bird which followed Elena to the cemetery. She got scared and got up. That’s when she bumped into Stefan again at the cemetery. They start talking like friends, then at the end of the season she realizes something very strange. While their school is having a car wash, there is this old man who recognized Stefan. He recognized him from the 1900s, Elena is confused. But Stefan tries to change the subject. Then Elena does some re-search about him, and realize he’s been around since 1900s. She goes to his house and asks him about it. He doesn’t deny it. Elena get tariffed but Stefan won’t hurt her. Then she learns that Damon is also a vampire, her best friend Bonnie is witch. Damon tells Elena about Stefan’s ex. Katherine Pierce, who looks exactly like her. She gets freaked out, and wonders if that’s the only reason that Stefan is with her. Damon wants to open up a tomb which Katherine is “in” he wants her back so that he could be with her.

After that Elena get more comfortable with Stefan. During Season 2-5 Elena learns a lot about her life in Mystic Falls. She learns that her doppelganger Katherine Pierce is in Mystic Falls as well. Her best friend Caroline Forbes Turns into a vampire in season 2 by Katherine Pierce while having Damon’s blood in her system. Also during season 2 Klaus One of the original vampires comes in the picture. Then comes his siblings Kol, Rebekah, and Elijah. Which makes Tyler into a Hybrid which is Half vampire and Half werewolf who is turned by Klaus. Elena’s younger brother finds out he is a Vampire Hunter. In the rest of the seasons involve with a lot of disappointments, happiness and tragic endings.

The first episode was on September 10 2009, It’s been going on for 8 years. Sadly, Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev) has left the show. The vampire diaries is my favorite show. It’s fantasy of course but they make everything look real. There is so much detail and drama in the episodes. But yet surprises you when you don’t expect it. The Vampire Diaries is still going on till this day!
