When your inside you hardly get any sun in and you don’t get enough exercise study shows that inside air pollution is worse than it is outside, also you miss out on all the cool things outside. For gamers who play inside usually have a hard time sleeping. They play in the dark which is bad for your eyes.

Sometimes playing in the dark is bad because the flashing from the game may cause seizures. Being outside is way better because you get to see the outdoors and go camping and fishing and you also build your immune system you don’t want to be fat but you want to be fit.

Have you ever seen the movie the benchwarmers, that one dude who never goes outside. I don’t want to be that dude plus getting the exercise is helpful. If you’re the kids that tend to go outside that’s awesome but for those who stay inside won’t be able to get there vitamin d as well as the kids who play outside.
