Mountain biking vs Road biking
My opinion is that mountain biking is better than road biking. Some of my reasons are because the experience mountain biking is about going and riding through the outdoors and just enjoying the surroundings. You don’t have to be a highly experienced biker to ride trail and mountain bikers are extremely welcoming. Mountain biking is safer because there are no cars on the trails. There are more than 1 type of riding for example cross-country, all mountain, freeride, downhill, lift assisted no matter who you are there’s a riding style for you. Wrecking on dirt hurts a whole lot less than on pavement. You get more of a work out science proves.
