Self Harm And Suicide

Self harm and suicide are issues which are often overlooked and need to be recognized and made a realization for some people. Most of the time, self harm is link with suicide, but, suicide and self harm are two completely different things. Self harm is an act of distraction, or a way of relieving pain or expression thoughts or emotions. Suicide is the attempt at taking ones life by themselves. They see no way out but death, and attempt to put a permanent solution to many problems. But this doesn’t mean that self harm should be skimmed over because suicide is more serious. It’s so easy to misjudge the depth of a cut and one wrong move could lead to accidental suicide when one is not careful. Just because the wounds don’t look bad doesn’t mean you should let the problem go. Always be there for that person and help them. No matter what. If you or a friend or anyone is struggling with depression, self harm, suicide, or anything else, please get help immediately. You’re too beautiful to do this to yourself and you have so much potential and you are one of a kind. Don’t ever let anyone tell you otherwise. Make your enemies jealous, make your friends and family proud. Don’t hesitate, there are so many things for you to do. And you’re so young and full of life. You can do anything you want. Anything.
